Frequently asked questions

What is TimeTrack Pro?

TimeTrack Pro is a time-tracking and workforce management SaaS for European small and mid-sized businesses (2 to 200 employees). It covers clock in/out, GPS-tagged entries, breaks, shift scheduling, holidays, and EU Working Time Directive compliance support.

Which countries and languages does TimeTrack Pro support?

TimeTrack Pro is built for the EU market and is fully localised in English, Spanish, Dutch, German, and French. Data is hosted in the EU.

Does TimeTrack Pro track employee location continuously?

No. GPS coordinates are captured only at the moment of clock in and clock out. There is no continuous background location tracking between clock events.

Does TimeTrack Pro help with EU Working Time Directive compliance?

Yes. TimeTrack Pro supports compliance with the EU Working Time Directive (2003/88/EC) and the 2019 CJEU CCOO ruling by recording daily working time, breaks, and rest periods, and retaining records for at least 4 years. It does not provide legal advice or guarantee compliance.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. TimeTrack Pro offers a free trial with per-seat pricing in EUR, designed for teams of 2 to 200 employees.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. You can cancel at any time. After cancellation, time records remain available in read-only mode for at least 4 years so you can satisfy national record-keeping rules.

How do I add or remove employees?

Administrators can invite new employees by email from the admin panel. Removing an employee deactivates their account; their time records are retained for compliance and remain accessible to managers.

What devices does TimeTrack Pro work on?

TimeTrack Pro runs in any modern web browser and has native apps for iOS and Android. Clock in/out works on desktop and mobile.

Is my data hosted in the EU?

Yes. All customer data is hosted on EU-based infrastructure to support GDPR compliance.

Do you use the Bradford Factor for sickness scoring?

No. TimeTrack Pro intentionally does not use the Bradford Factor. Sickness is recorded via self-reporting; managers can acknowledge, request documentation, or sign off.
